  • Payments & refunds: Some programs allow refunds, others don’t. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing date on a business day.

  • Results: We can’t guarantee outcomes, except where specifically promised.

  • Liability: If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.

  • Disputes: Governed by California law. Most disputes go to arbitration in San Diego, not court.

  • Your rights: You may cancel services and opt out of marketing at any time.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, digital products, coaching services, community platforms, and any other content or offerings provided by FTF Warrior LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

Who We Are

FTF Warrior LLC is a California-based company providing education, resources, and coaching related to blood sugar management, fitness, and nutrition.

Our offerings are not medical advice and are intended for educational purposes only. No doctor-patient relationship is created through your use of our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to access and use our services. We do not knowingly target or collect data from individuals under 13 years of age.

Our Services

We offer various free and paid services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, audiobooks, videos)

  • Online courses and workshops

  • Subscriptions and memberships

  • Coaching services (group and 1:1)

  • Access to private communities on third-party platforms (e.g., Circle)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service. We may terminate or restrict access if Terms are violated, without refund.

Accounts & Access

Certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

User Conduct

By using our services, you agree:

  • Not to reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without permission.

  • Not to harass, abuse, or harm others in our community.

  • To respect our Code of Conduct if participating in community platforms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to FTF Warrior LLC.

🚫 Prohibited:

  • Copying, reselling, scraping, or uploading our content to AI/ML models without written consent.

  • Sharing or redistributing proprietary content.

The “80/20 Blood Sugar Formula,” “Renegade Warrior,” and “Blood Sugar Freedom Formula” are proprietary works owned by FTF Warrior LLC.

By posting testimonials, feedback, or stories, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for marketing unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

Digital Product License

Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license. You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Reproduce, resell, or sublicense materials

  • Upload or share content to AI training databases

  • Claim ownership of our content

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations depend on the offer:

  • Books (physical): No refunds unless purchased via TikTok Shop.

  • Workshops/Challenges: Refunds within 30 days upon proof of completion with no results.

  • Subscriptions (Renegade Warrior's Newsletter, Warrior’s Tribe+, Warrior’s Inner Circle): No refunds once billed. Cancel at least 24 business hours before the next billing date.

  • Diabetes in Action (coaching): No refunds once enrolled or billed.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew until canceled. To stop charges, submit cancellation requests at least 24 hours before renewal.

Affiliate Links & Third-Party Tools

We may earn commissions through affiliate links.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Law: Governed by California law.

  • Informal resolution: Contact support@ftfwarrior.com within 30 days to resolve disputes.

  • Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes go to binding arbitration in San Diego County under AAA rules.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, etc.).

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always show the updated effective date.
